Samsung celebrates the ten year anniversary of its Galaxy line. As part of the company’s celebration, the hardware giant from Korea has made the announcement that they will open their first set of retail stores in the United States. The company has plans of opening up three Samsung Experience Stores at regions all over America. Among these, happen to be one at the American at Brand in Los Angeles, the second one at Roosevelt Field on Long Island in Garden City, New York and the final one at the Galleria in Houston, Texas.
The new retail stores from Samsung would open up on 20th February. It will be the same day when the Galaxy S10 along with the foldable smartphones of the company would get launched during an event in San Francisco. The organization even has got plans to come up with pop-up stores in other malls all over the US next month. During the year 2103, Samsung had partnered with Best Buy to come up with the offering of mini-shops within their stores. The new stores of Samsung will not only let customers try out their products but they would actually manage to buy as well as receive the necessary customer support and assistance including repair.
Samsung would make use of their new retail locations for pushing all their other products apart from smartphones, which include their TVs, wearable’s, tablets and other Smart devices. YH Eom, the President, and CEO of Samsung Electronics America explained the reason behind the launch of their new retail stores. He said that the stores would provide the spaces to experience and view Samsung technology getting back to life. Plus, they would provide power to people for doing what they might have never thought, it was possible.
